Winner of the All Time Fail Fit Award
I noticed a corp mate’s kill, and when I looked at the fitting, my jaw dropped, then I burst into a fit of laughter that I norked out the remnants of pod goo.
Here it is, in all its rainbow glory on the Minmatar kill records.

Pandemic Legion to Disband →
Pandemic Legion has announced they are disbanding. We’ll see if this is just a ploy to get in the spotlight again, or genuine dissolution.
I wonder if Elise Randolph would ever go back to the Amarr? Never got the chance to blow up her ships when she was just a Slacker then, only after she joined PL.
Update: Clearly, PL has NOT disbanded.

6 Ships in One Late Nite
Ayah. I emptied my hangar last night, but it was worth it—we held the field twice against larger forces. Most of my crews survived, and since Shalee was on the field and delivered the final blow when I foolishly lost my Vagabond when the Amarr returned for Round 3 (in even greater numbers and ships) I can only hope her ship retrieved most of those escape pods.

8th Order leaves militia, now hostile to TLF
8th Order, expelled from Gallente militia and recently at war with IFW, and now recently again departed from TLF, is now actively flying in support of the Amarr with CF ProctoR. They popped HUANG pilot Beetles Light’s Jaguar only a few days ago, and have destroyed many more TLF ships since. They appear to have begun on the 24th.
They’ve also been shooting Amarr opportunistically.

First peek at super secret new battleship
Dubbed the ‘Tornado,’ this ship may represent the next class in battleship technology. The other empires are rumored to have similar efforts underway.

Kill of the Week
This week’s Kill of the Week, submitted by HUANG pilot Marl Ginnishi, goes to Ya Nor, fellow Vherokior and and a top pilot of of 6th-ranked Ctrl-Q corp, for his solo (well, helped by gate guns) downing of a Proteus Tech3 Strategic Cruiser while flying a Jaguar Assault Frigate. The Proteus pilot was also podded, clearly out of shame.

Sodalitas buys PL station in KBP →
Late Nite was considering a run to Providence during one of many lulls in the fighting (the Amarr not wanting to engage Late Nite when our fleets are out in force, camping Huola gate in Kourmonen). Jin-Mei Spicy BBQ Chicken
The Jin-Mei are reknowned for their barbeque. One of my good Jin-Mei friends was kind enough to share a recipe I quite enjoy.
Ingredients
2 pounds (1 kg) boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 onion, halved and sliced thin

Some people may have noted I haven’t been in pod much of late, or active here. TLF Legends: Nano J
A pilot oftimes mentioned in my journal, but not yet profiled, is Nano J of the (in?)famous Ice Fire Warriors.
Nano is ranked 8th in all time kills in the militia, at 2623 confirmed kills or assists. In scoring she ranks 14th, and is a respectiable 17th in losses, with 235 losses to date.

A lot of readers of this blog participate in faction warfare and other low sec activities. But, according to CCP, the last CSM decided not to do anything about faction war.

TLF Fail of the Week
Well, I’m back from my sojourn to a tropical paradise on the homeworld. It was restful and peaceful, but clearly addled me and also left me poorly prepared for what I’d preside over the first time I re-activated my pod systems—a total Fail Operation of epic proportions.
