So, I noticed that immediately after Anya’s fight with Kirith, she lost her ship to a different actively public capsuleer:  Rhavas.

Anya’s report on the fight:

Anya Sulii > Well this happened right after I had killed Kirith.  I had warped to the Hof gate in Dal and landed next to a Rupture.
Anya Sulii > He yellowboxed me but I wasn’t too worried.  Then he redboxed and I engaged.
Anya Sulii > Then his mates showed up and I warned off the other people in my gang.
Kuan Yida > Were you flashy?
Anya Sulii > No, they went GCC
Kuan Yida > ok, got it!
Anya Sulii > And not all of them aggroed.
Anya Sulii > I think it was 3 or 4 that went red, the rest stood by.  Probably to catch me if I managed to deaggro, which I didn’t bother to do.

When contacted about this blatant act of piracy and that his corp would be set red to militia, Rhavas responded:

We are not pirates! Pirates are flashy and have low sec status.

Not my definition, Rhavas.  Someone who attacks militia pilots unprovoked makes themselves an enemy of all militia.  Especially a HUANG pilot.

Going GCC on militia is not gonna win you guys points, Rhavas.  Hey all you Minnie CEOs, please set TORAH corp red, guns free!

Update:  Rhavas and I continue to debate:

Rhavas: You also should note damage delta on that kill. Clearly we had come to defend our wingmate engaged by a stronger ship.
Kuan Yida:  I’d say your corpie engaged first and called in the gank, from Anya’s report.
Rhavas:  A Loki and a SFI could easily kill a Rupture if we had to jump in and cross Dal. Her math doesn’t make sense.

Kuan Yida:  To my knowledge, the Loki was not with the gang, at least not in a combat role. The rupture GCC’ed on the SFI at the gate.
Rhavas: I can also say he was in a smaller ship & had lost several ships earlier, so may not have wanted to wait for your girl to pop him.
Kuan Yida:  Well, HUANG are career anti-pirates with a very strict set of ROEs. We shoot only known pirates, or if we are agressed.
